I love diving into stories, analyzing characters, and making their personality visible through design.
Every detail matters – from color psychology and silhouette, to movement, layering and quick changes.

Clothing is our second skin – it doesn’t just cover the body,
it wraps around our stories, our energy, our inner self.

Out of this understanding, I developed my own patterning technique –
based on in-depth research, numerous interviews,
and the comparison of spiritual teachings from various traditions.

What emerged is a system that offers both energetic support and creative freedom.
From this work, a variety of online courses have grown –
inviting you to sew your own clothing with awareness, connection, and individuality.

But this is only one part of what I do.

My designs combine historical fashion, traditional cutting techniques, and modern tailoring.
Whether it's a stage costume or everyday wear –
each piece tells a story.

What does “energetic sewing” mean to me?

Energetic sewing is not a system – it’s an invitation.
It’s not about rules or rigid methods, but about freedom, self-expression, and reconnection.

In my courses, you explore your style, your preferences, your needs.
You’re not sewing for a role.
You’re sewing for yourself.

How does it work in practice?

It starts simply:
With fabric in your hand. With your body in focus. And with the question: What do I need right now?

You learn to choose materials consciously, adapt patterns to your needs, and create garments that support and reflect you.
Through my own cutting technique, rooted in awareness and structure – not in dogma.
