About me

I’ve been a  stage dancer since 2015 and had the wonderful opportunity to travel the world for two years as a dance teacher aboard AIDA Cruises.
My deep passion for movement has led me through a wide range of trainings over the years – including Fitness Instructor (B-License), Five® Instructor, DeepWork®, Yoga and Pilates teacher, as well as Modern Dance with a focus on Horton and Graham technique.

In Hamburg, I taught Jazz Dance across all levels at the StageArt Musical School and had the joy of supporting many talented musical performers along their path.
What’s always been important to me is this: passing on what I’ve learned in a way that’s not only helpful – but joyful.

Yet, dance alone is only part of the picture.
Our bodies speak their own language.

That’s why I deepened my knowledge in anatomy, completed training in Thai Yoga massage and trigger point therapy.

Since 2020, I’ve also expanded into the field of personal development, communication and mindset training.
I’ve completed further training in sales psychology, mental coaching, and became a certified hypnotherapist in 2023.

My mission is to support people holistically – with a wide range of techniques, intuition and heart.

🧵 The creative side of my work

Alongside my work with people, I have a deep love for fabric, needles, and imagination.
In my studio, I design individual clothing and stage costumes – always guided by the idea that clothing can be more than beautiful: it can be energetically supportive.

I work with my own patterning method, which is aligned with the human energy system – gentle, empowering, and expressive.

Whether for individuals or artists – I love creating visual storytelling through garments.
Especially when working with theatre productions, I develop holistic costume concepts that unite character, presence, and movement.
